ChromaFuse can be used with most direct to film printers and produces exceptional results at a great value. Once the printed design is heat pressed onto the garment, the film will release as a warm or cold peel for an easy and efficient work flow.

Cotton, polyester and cotton/poly blends
Temperature
50/50 Synthetic Blend or 100% Poly - 280°F
100% Cotton - 320°F
Note: If you have adhesion issues it is recommended to start trouble shooting by reducing the temperature and time.

Pressure
Light to Medium, even pressure (20 to 30# PSI)

Peel
Remove from press, rub transfer into garment then peel warm or cold.
Note: Peel design perpendicular to garment, DO NOT pull film up and away.
Important Notes:
Adjust time, temp and pressure as needed based on the textile/substrate.
Use higher temperature range for cotton and the lower temperature range for polyester and synthetic textiles.
A post press of approx. 10-15 seconds with parchment paper or another cotton or canvas textile to apply textured finish and improve adhesion, durability, and washability. To produce a glossy finish, use a PTFE non-stick sheet for the post press instead of the parchment paper.

Machine wash warm with mild detergent. Dry at normal setting. No chlorine bleach.
