All personal and commercial orders must be pre-paid online prior to shipment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and PayPal at the time of checkout. We also offer several popular Buy Now Pay Later options for consumers and businesses including Affirm and Clicklease (businesses only). Net 30 payment terms is available for government entities only.
Commercial Purchase Orders
Business customers can either submit their orders online or by purchase order if it is over $100. If the purchase order option is chosen, the following details must be provided on the PO:
- Business name
- Contact person
- Contact email (must match a registered account on our website)
- Contact telephone number
- Billing address for credit card charges
- Ship-to address
- PO line items should either contain our product SKU, a complete description including colors, sizes, etc, or both
- Quantities desired
Once the PO is received, our staff will enter your order into our system and forward a quote for review by email. To complete the order, simply click the order submission link in the email, choose the desired shipping and payment option, and submit the order through our website. All business orders must be pre-paid prior to shipment. Purchase orders can be submitted to "firstname.lastname@example.org" or by fax at 866-640-1090.
Government Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders over $100 with net 30 payment terms from federal, state, and local government entities. Please contact us for online ordering instructions using a purchase order. Orders under $100 will need to be pre-paid online using a credit card.
