Extra-large 12" x 20" Neon ThermoFlex Plus heat transfer sheets are perfect for over-sized graphics while still fitting in small craft vinyl cutters. Our machine cut HTV sheets are cut with precision and are easy and convenient to use.
ThermoFlex Plus offers a matte (flat) finish that is preferred by many apparel decorators. It also has a soft feel and its sticky backing sheet makes it a great choice when cutting small letters and graphics. Durability is another characteristic of ThermoFlex Plus. When pressed properly, the HTV will outlast the t-shirt that it is applied to in most cases.
The fluorescent neon colors are super bright and really pop on black t-shirts and other dark fabrics. View them under a blacklight and they really appear to glow.
ThermoFlex Plus Neon 12" x 20" Sheet Specifications:
- Actual sheet size is 12" x 20" with an acceptable variance of +/- .125" on either dimension.
- Thickness is 4 mils/100 microns
- CPSIA certified so it is safe for use on children's clothing.
- Adheres to cotton, uncoated polyester, cotton/poly, cotton/poly/acrylic blends, linen, and wool.
- Heat press application recommended.
- Top layerable only. Neon colors cannot be a base layer.
Color Choices: The colors samples provided here may not be exact representations of the vinyl colors. Various factors such as monitor resolution, color settings and display type can all effect how the colors are viewed on the internet.
Note: Because of the wide variety of fabrics and garment manufacturers that exist, we highly recommend that this product be fully tested prior to going into production.
