ThermoFlex Plus is now Poli-Flex Premium heat transfer vinyl from Poli-Tape USA. Poli-Flex Premium offers a true matte finish and is soft to the touch. The pressure-sensitive carrier sheet is sticky so it is recommended for cutting and weeding small lettering and details. Poli-Flex Premium is also CPSIA compliant so it's safe to use on children's clothing.
Poli-Flex Premium HTV Specifications:
- Actual roll width: 15"
- Available roll lengths: 5-yards (15 feet), 10-yards (30 feet), 30-yards (90 feet), and 50-yards (150 feet)
- Thickness is 4 mils/100 microns.
- Matte finish (flat)
- Adheres to cotton, uncoated polyester, cotton/poly, cotton/poly/acrylic blends, linen, and wool.
- Application with a heat press is recommended.
- CPSIA compliant
- Layerable
- Very durable, will outlast most t-shirts.
