Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours for most products. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Central will most likely ship the next business day. Most orders are fullfilled by the respective manufacturer.

Free Shipping

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on most in-stock orders over $149 within the continental USA. Some exclusions apply, including oversized items, non-stocked drop-shipped products, and certain heavy equipment. Orders qualifying for free shipping are typically delivered within 1-5 business days.

Terms:

  • Free shipping applies to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
  • Oversized items (over 24" or over 150 lbs) may not qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Returns of free-shipping orders may have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel this offer at any time.

Ground Shipping

UPS Ground delivers to both commercial and residential addresses Monday through Friday. Most ground orders are delivered within 1-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options like UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air at discounted rates. Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM Central to ship the same day. Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Next Day Air: Delivery by 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM in most areas.
  • 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day.

UPS Service Guarantee

Please visit the UPS website for current information regarding their service guarantee. Specialty Graphics Supply is not responsible for reimbursing customers for late package deliveries unless it is due to an error made by our staff during package labeling. We will attempt to recover shipping costs for late packages on the customer's behalf and if successful, will refund the customer.

Freight Shipping

Freight shipments are required for heavy or oversized items, typically shipped on a pallet the next business day. Delivery times range from 1-7 business days, depending on location. Items like large equipment, wide-format vinyl rolls, and bulk orders may require freight shipping. Freight deliveries may incur a rescheduled delivery fee if missed.

PO Boxes and USPS Shipping

We do not ship to PO Boxes or offer shipping services through the US Postal Service.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is no longer offered. All orders must be shipped.

Delivery Signatures

A signature is required for all orders of equipment or supplies valued at $500 or more. Ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package on the scheduled delivery day.

Refused Shipments and Returns

Refused shipments will be treated as a return and may incur a restocking fee and a deduction for the original shipping costs.

Shipping Address Authorization

To prevent fraud, all address changes and corrections must be authorized through our team and may incur a service fee of $20 per package. Verification documents may be required for new customers, and your order will be held until the address is verified.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided the day after your order ships for most orders.

Incorrect, Lost, or Stolen Packages

For UPS shipments, contact us immediately if your package is delayed or missing. UPS Next Day Air® deliveries may qualify for a refund under the UPS Service Guarantee. For USPS packages, a package is considered lost after 10 days. Replacements will be issued once eligibility is confirmed.

Missing Information on Shipping Address

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses will incur an additional $20 fee for correction. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays and fees.

Address Changes

Post-shipment address changes must be requested through our team and will incur a $20 fee per package. Verification may be required for new customers.

Hotels and Freight Forwarders

We do not ship to hotels or freight forwarders due to the increased risk of lost or misdirected packages. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled and refunded.
