ThermoFlex Plus is a heat applied vinyl designed to be used with a vinyl cutter and heat press for decorating T-shirts and other apparel. ThermoFlex Plus is one of our most popular heat transfer films because it is easy to apply and very durable.

ThermoFlex Plus can be used for the following materials:
cotton, cotton-blends, polyester, spandex, lycra, wool, linen and some athletic mesh garments. Will not adhere to nylon.

Film Thickness:  Approximately 4 mils. (4/1000")

Application Instructions:
Continuous testing by the manufacturer and numerous users has established ideal temperature and time to be lower (330° - 335° for 17-20 seconds) than the previously published specs (345° - 350° for 20 seconds). Both conditions work well.
