SGS T-Print Digital Print/Cut Media

Printing and Application Instructions:

1) Set up press:

        Pre-heat press to 350°F (Reduce heat for blends)    
        Use FIRM pressure
        Time: 15 - 20 seconds.

**Always test fabric and transfer material for compatibility.

2) Design image according to printer/cutter specifications.

3) Print Temperatures at 30° - 35°C (86° - 95°F)

4) Before contour cutting:

       Ensure blade is sharp
       Test area to ensure proper cut force
       Thin media use less force

5) Contour cut image, then weed unwanted material.

6) Tape using heat transfer tape. (We recommend using either the Siser ColorPrint Mask or the 855 Mask)

      Do NOT overlap tape.  Use a continuous piece that will cover entire graphic to be transferred.
      Ensure tape is applied from center out leaving no air bubbles.

7) Pre-press fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

8) Carefully remove the release liner at a sharp angle to ensure transfer media does not stretch.

9) Apply transfer onto fabric in desired location.  PRESS for 15 - 20 seconds.

10) Allow fabric and transfer to COOL completely.

11) Remove transfer tape at a sharp angle to not stretch the transfer.

12) WASH: Inside out, delicate mode, tumble dry light or no heat.
