  So far it is working out great. Still learning the process but have found some problems with tracing that I dont like. Have not figured out how to trace complete images that I have downloaded. Gets a double cut around the outside. Other than that issue, I have no complaints. Was easy to load, easy to make stickers, has to be a faster way to weed. Great little machine.

  Nice machine, easy to setup. Jobs can be sent directly from Illustrator with just 2 clicks. I'm cutting military badges on sticky vinyl and the details are very sharp.

  This machine worked perfectly out of the box! It does exactly what I needed it to do and for a LOT less money than other companies sell their cutters for. I use it primarily for cutting vinyl stickers for high school teams around my area so being able to "print and cut" is even better than my "other", more expensive cutter that I can no longer connect to my PC without buying their specific software package. Silhouette Studio is included FREE with the machine and it works very well. Other software can be used too if you are so inclined.

  I did quite a bit of research on which cutter to buy prior to purchasing the Silhouette SD. Once I received it, I was certain I made the right choice. It is simple to use and I can incorporate my own templates/designs and I don't ever have to purchase a cartridge!

  Unbelievable performance for such a small piece of equipment. Must have for anyone creating heat transfers of any shape. Excellent performance and price..don't what took me so long. Fast shipping from Specialty Graphics.

  If you are an artist, crafter, and/or someone that wants to cut vinyl stickers and create stencils... then this little machine is for you. Compact, easy to use, versatile and does what it does.

  Great for small projects, perfect cuts for what I need to do. Haven't tried vinyl yet but that will be my main material.

Do not use thin paper for this or it will stick to the cutting matt and tear.

  I ordered the Silhouette SD Vinyl Cutter and the order was processed perfectly!

I wish you add a forum on your website for getting help from other users. For example, it is not clear what settings must be used for the heat transfer vynil. Which cap is appropriate? Do we need the carrier? This would be very valuable for new users.
