| I've tried the new Craft Robo mat and it was too flimsy - the edges got all curled up where the roller wheels go and cardstock peels up as the mat bends down from the machine. I've also made my own mats using quilter's template material. It works but is also very flimsy. This is my favorite mat by far. | ||||

| I have tried other mats but found the original Craft Robo mat cuts the best. With the Cricut mats I found that part of my object would not cut - no matter how deep I set the blade...I thought it was the cutter or a dull blade but when I went back to using the original mat I immediatlely saw the difference in the cut....a smooth COMPLETE cut. A light spray with Krylon Easy Tack refreshes the sticking ability. | ||||
