  I have watched the CD-Rom from start to finish, but I have a Mac and the tutorials are on PC. The error messages aren't very self-explanatory. I was also disappointed that the Robo Master software is only for PC. It seems like that would have been enough for most of my applications. That being said, I think this will be a fantastic machine once I figure out how to make it do what I need. Just a bit more of a learning curve than I was hoping for.

  The cutter itself could easily be rated at 5 stars. It arrived well packaged and was simple to install. It appears to be well designed and constructed. Setup and sample cuts were completed with no issues or problems.
My only complaint is the user manual. major complaint: When a person pays almost $1K for a piece of equipment why can't the supplier include a printed copy of the user manual? To have to down load and print my own copy was a real pain. In addition, for a "newby" in the vinyl graphics business I found the manual to be far too technical and difficult to follow. What would have been better is to include in the manual, DVD or even on line tutorials to show examples step by step of the process of creating/cutting various forms of graphics.
