I was using el cheapo blades on my SX-15 and they usually got me by just fine. Some would cut OK, but some wouldn't really cut well from the start. Lately I noticed some pretty jagged lines from the cheap blades. Not jagged enough to be noticeable, but jagged enough to slow down the weeding process. I was worried about trying a Clean Cut blade since I don't have the luxury of a digital pressure adjustment like most large machines. Turns out it works great on my little Stika! Cuts calendered vinyl perfect. Also worked great with the thinner removable vinyl that I use for wall decals. Safe to say I wont be cheaping out on blades anymore. |
