There are two major brands of etching creme (Armour Etch is the competition and can be found in major chain craft stores). Since Armour Etch is easier to obtain, I tried it and returned it as defective. Don't waste your time, EtchALL is THE one you want. Not only does it WORK (Armour Etch gives mixed or NO results) but it is also reusable. You scrape off the creme after the time limit (15 min)and put it back in the bottle. A small 4oz bottle will go a LONG way. Finally, while you still want to wear protective gloves and glasses, this brand is not as caustic as Armour Etch should an accident occur. |
