If you find a verifiable lower everyday or advertised price on an identical item currently in stock at an established online retail competitor, we'll match their price plus take off an additional 10% of the price difference. This ensures that you do not pay more to shop at Specialty Graphics Supply. Competitor's closeout, clearance, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation, reconditioned or refurbished, pre-owned and damaged items are excluded from this offer. Other exclusions do apply and are listed below.
Exclusions The 110% Low Price Guarantee applies to all new, factory sealed products. Merchandise must be the same brand and model number. Items must be in stock at established U.S. online retailers. Exclusions include special sales, manufacturer rebates, coupons, close-outs, online auctions, club discounts, senior citizens discount, buy one get one free offers, refurbished, discontinued, clearance, and damaged product, and typographical errors. Shipping Charges - Total Cost Basis Unlike Specialty Graphics Supply, many of our competitors charge shipping for equipment orders. If the company that we are being asked to price match against charges shipping, the shipping charges will be added to the price of the item to come up with a total cost to the customer. We will then compute our lowest price based on the total cost. Competitors Competitors are established online retail stores. They are not Liquidators, Wholesalers, Auction sites or pre-owned and refurbished merchandise sites. How It Works

Once we have confirmed the lower price we will notify you by phone or email to determine if you wish to process the order at the guaranteed lowest price. If we were unable to confirm the price we will notify you and determine if you have additional information or if you would like to purchase the product at the stated Specialty Graphics Supply price.
Price adjustments under our 110% Low Price Guarantee must be made prior to order shipment. No adjustments will be made after the order has shipped. Our 110% Low Price Guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Our Low Price Guarantee is offered for instock items only. Drop shipped items do not qualify. We reserve the right to cancel or decline to honor the Low Price Guarantee for specific products at any time.
