Specialty Graphics Supply currently offers free shipping for product orders over $199.  To receive free shipping, customers must place their order through our web site using a credit card or Paypal.  The free shipping option will automatically be selected for qualifying orders.

We will ship your order using the most economical shipping method based on the weight and size of your order.  Lightweight orders may be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) either by First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Smartpost (a USPS/FedEx partnership).  Heavier packages will be shipped either by FedEx Ground (our primary carrier) or UPS Ground.  The shipping method used for free shipping is at the sole discretion of Specialty Graphics Supply.

Free Shipping terms, restrictions and policies:

• Customers can expect to receive their order within 7 business days depending on their location.  Most orders will be received much faster.
  
• Free shipping is offered for prepaid internet orders only.  Orders placed over the phone or by a purchase order with open credit terms do not qualify.
• Our order processing, packing and shipping priority is given in this order:  1.  Customer paid express orders (FedEx or UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, etc.).  2.  Customer paid ground orders (FedEx, UPS).  3.  Orders using the free shipping option.
  
• Shipments using the free shipping option are not guaranteed to ship the same day the order is placed.  Orders shipped through the USPS will go out the next business day.
• If an ordered item is out out stock and expected to return to stock within 2 business days, the shipment will be held so it can be shipped complete.
  
• Free shipping is offered to ship-to addresses located in the continental USA only.  Free shipping is not offered for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.  Customers in these areas should choose either a FedEx, UPS or USPS shipping option.
• Should the customer return the item, the shipping charge we incurred to originally ship the order will be deducted from the refund.
  
• A delivery signature will be required for all equipment orders and supply orders over $250 in value.
  
• Not valid for dropshipped special orders.
• Certain heavy or oversize items may require a shipping surcharge.
  
• We reserve the right to change or cancel the free shipping offer at any time.
