To receive free shipping, customers must place their order through our web site using a credit card, Paypal or Dwolla. The free shipping option will automatically be selected for qualifying orders.
We will ship your order using either FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Our standard shipping methods are FedEx Ground (commercial ship-to addresses) and FedEx Home Delivery (residential ship-to addresses) but we reserve the right to change the shipping method at our discretion.
Free Shipping terms, restrictions and policies:
- Customers can expect to receive their order within 5-7 business days depending on their location. Most customers in the midwest and eastern states will receive their orders much faster. Please click here to review FedEx Ground and UPS Ground delivery maps.
- Free shipping qualification is determined by the net order subtotal total (after any coupons or discounts are applied).
- Free shipping is offered for prepaid internet orders only. Orders placed over the phone or by a purchase order with open credit terms do not qualify.
- Our order processing priority is given in this order: 1. Customer paid express orders (FedEx or UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, etc.). 2. Customer paid ground orders (FedEx, UPS). 3. Orders using the free shipping option.
- Shipments using the free shipping option usually ship the same day if the order is placed before 4:00pm CST (3:00pm on Mondays) but it is not guaranteed. Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail are picked up by the postal service the morning of the next business day.
- If an ordered item is out out stock and expected to return to stock within 2 business days, the shipment will be held so it can be shipped complete.
- Free shipping is offered to ship-to addresses located in the continental USA only. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in these areas should choose either a FedEx, UPS or USPS shipping option.
- Should the customer return the item(s), the shipping charge we incurred to originally ship the order will be deducted from the refund.
- A delivery signature will be required for all equipment and supply orders over $250 in value.
- Not valid for dropshipped special orders.
- Certain heavy or oversize items may require a shipping surcharge.
- We reserve the right to change or cancel the free shipping offer at any time.
