Clean Cut Blade® 0.9mm CB09U Graphtec Blades

Clean Cut Blade® is located in Waterloo, Iowa and makes all their high quality replacement vinyl cutter blades in their local facility.  Their 0.9mm CB09U blade fits all Graphtec cutters that use the "blue top" blade holder or our SGS 0.9mm blade holder including the 15" Craft Robo Pro, the CE5000 Series and the FC8000 Series vinyl cutters.

Clean Cut Blade® replacement vinyl cutter blades are made of high quality carbide steel and are sharper than the OEM Graphtec-brand blades and will last up to twice as long...saving you money!

Since the blades are sharper, it is recommended that you do some test cuts prior to making final job cuts. In many instances, you may need to reduce the=blade down pressure by as much as 10-20% to prevent backing sheet cut-through and blade breakage. Clean Cut Blade® brand blades are available in 45° and 60° cutting angles. Mix and Match blade angles to take advantage of quantity discounts!

Add a replacement blade spring for $1.00.

Note:  Will not fit the 8.5" Silhouette SD or Craft Robo models unless you have the SGS Silhouette SD/Craft Robo Blade Holder.

Note:  All Graphtec vinyl cutters ship with a 45° blade from the factory.  Use a 60° blade for thicker materials such as flock or reflective vinyl films.
