Now you can print on leather and nylon with confidence and quality. VideoFlex Extra is designed for use on difficult-to-print textiles such as nylon and leather. Developed with a special adhesive which bonds flawlessly to most nylons, leathers and other challenging textile surfaces. Due to the wide variety of different coatings used to manufacture nylon fabrics, we suggest testing the product on a sample of your material before running production. Available in 15 colors (see the color chart below).

VideoFlex heat applied vinyl can be used for the following materials:
100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends, Leather, and most woven Nylons.

VideoFlex Characteristics:

• Matte finish
• Slightly thicker and more of a feel to the hand than EasyWeed
• Release sheet (backing) is not sticky
• Excellent stretchability

Application Instructions:

• Remove pink liner from adhesive surface
• Cut names, numbers, and logos in reverse
• Preheat garment in heat press at 330 degrees F for 4 seconds
• Position VideoFlex Extra application on garment
• Heat apply at 330 degrees F for 4 seconds, medium pressure
• Peel cold
• Cover image with Teflon sheet
• RE-PRESS at same temperature and pressure for 10 seconds and peel hot
