Payment Options

Specialty Graphics Supply accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards issued by US banks through our secure web site or by phone at 1-888-330-6172 toll-free.  We also accept Paypal (US accounts), electronic checks (eChecks) by phone and checks by mail.  If you are placing an order with an eCheck, please click here to download the eCheck Authorization Form.

Purchase orders with net 30 credit terms will be accepted from local, state and federal government entities and state sponsored schools and universities.  No commercial purchase orders will be accepted.  Please contact us for our fax number for purchase orders.

Check Hold Times:

Repeat Customers:  There is no hold time for repeat customers that have placed at least two orders with us within the last year.  Orders will be shipped the same day.

New customers or orders over $1000.00:  There is a 5 business day hold time to allow for check or eCheck clearance.
