Clean Cut replacement vinyl cutter blades are made of high quality carbide steel and are made in the USA. Clean Cut Blade claims that their blades are sharper than Roland OEM blades and will last up to twice as long...saving you money!

Since the blades are sharper, it is recommended that test cuts are performed prior to making final job cuts. In many instances, you may need to reduce the blade down pressure by as much as 10-20% to prevent backing sheet cut-through and blade breakage. Clean Cut Blades are available in standard 45° and 60° cutting angles for general cutting and a fine detail 45° blade (ZECU-45). Mix and Match blade angles to take advantage of quantity discounts!
