The Clean Cut blade is the equivalent of the Graphtec blade model# CB09U blade which are standard on the 24" CE5000-60 and the 15" Craft Robo PRO (CE5000-40-CRP) vinyl cutters.

Note:  Clean Cut Blades will not fit the 8.5" Craft Robo models CC100-20, CC200-20 or the CC330L-20 unless our exclusive SGS Craft Robo Blade Holder is being used.

Clean Cut replacement vinyl cutter blades are made of high quality carbide steel and are made in the USA. Clean Cut Blades are sharper than Graphtec-brand blades and will last up to twice as long...saving you money!

Since the blades are sharper, it is recommended that you do some test cuts prior to making final job cuts. In many instances, you may need to reduce the blade down pressure by as much as 10-20% to prevent backing sheet cut-through and blade breakage. Clean Cut Blades are available in 45° and 60° cutting angles. Mix and Match blade angles to take advantage of quantity discounts!

Add a replacement blade spring for $1.00.

Which Clean Cut Blade should I use?

• 45° blades are the standard blade that comes with the Graphtec CE-5000-60 and the Craft ROBO Pro vinyl cutters. They are recommended for all standard cast and calendered vinyls and other thin materials such as ThermoFlex Plus and EasyWeed.
• 60° blades are recommended for thicker materials such as reflective films, flock, twill and sand blasting films.
